Where should our focus be on the food we eat or the nutrients in the package? We hear so much about the nutrients in various food products, we forget that health is obtained from whole foods, rather than a single food component. Cereal fortified with vitamins and calcium added to a container of orange juice is a new concept. We need to shift our thinking from added synthetic vitamins to whole foods. Then, our children will be on the road to health.
